Can anyone come to HealthOn Tucson for care?

Yes, HealthOn Tucson is open to all for primary health care. We serve people age birth through seniors.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, you can register you now as a new patient with HealthOn Tucson at either HealthOn Broadway or HealthOn University.

What if I need to see a specialist?

Our providers refer to many specialists in our community based on the needs and health care coverage of their patients.

Do you have more than one location?

Yes we do! HealthOn Tucson has two locations – HealthOn Broadway and HealthOn University. To see visit our locations page, click here.

What types of insurance do you take?

We take most major medical insurance in addition to AHCCCS-Medicaid, Medicare and KidsCare. We also have a sliding fee scale for those with no insurance.

What if I do not have insurance?

Our staff will assist you to see if you might qualify for coverage through Medicaid or the Marketplace. We offer a sliding fee scale for those with no health care insurance.

Do I have to pay my co-pay at the time of service?

Yes we will ask for your co-pay at the time of service based on your health plan. If you cannot pay we will work out payment arrangements.

Are your doctor’s / providers full-time employees or volunteers?

Our doctors and providers are employees and have been trained at top medical/educational facilities. You will be assigned a provider with whom you can develop a relationship.

What types of services do you provide?

Primary medical, behavioral health, health education, patient navigation, translation, women’s health, radiology, laboratory, referral services and wellness classes.

What languages do your employees speak?
