Join a busy, well-established pediatric practice for our El Rio Pascua location. Our 20 plus board certified/board eligible Pediatric staff provides well-child visits, physical exams, sports physicals, sick child visits, and management of children with a variety of chronic illnesses. Pediatricians and their patients have access to many important ancillary services, including the Immunization Program and Asthma Program.
A full-time position in Pediatrics consists of 32 outpatient clinical hours, plus typically one week of call every sixth week. El Rio pediatricians care for hospitalized children at Tucson Medical Center.
El Rio is an active teaching health center with embedded medical student and family practice residency program with ample opportunity for clinical teaching. We also collaborate with the University of Arizona Pediatric Residency program.
